The service

LenderPulse is a workspace for commercial real estate finance professionals: a deal pipeline, contacts, notes, and lender matching. Lender information comes from public sources (for example FDIC, NCUA, SBA, HMDA and city mortgage records) and research; it may be incomplete or out of date. Nothing in LenderPulse is a loan offer, financial, legal or tax advice. Check terms directly with each lender.

Your account

You need an account with your name, email and a password. Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account. Passwords are stored only as a salted one-way hash, never in plain text.

Your data

Deals, contacts, notes, lender lists and chat you enter are stored under your account and are not visible to other users. The site operator (LenderPulse admin) can view account data, including deals, to run, support, secure and improve the service. We don't sell your data. You can export a backup any time (Settings → Data & backup) and delete your account and its data (Settings → Account).

Plans

LenderPulse is free today. Paid plans may be offered later; nothing will be charged without your explicit sign-up to a paid plan.

Acceptable use

Don't use LenderPulse to break the law, to send spam, or to access other people's data. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, LenderPulse is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
